Don’t Stress, Do Your Best
The IB Psych students have been busy researching stress. What causes it, how it impacts the body and mind, and how to control it. They’ve created a health promotion designed to help reduce student stress during finals time. You’ll see posters, pamphlets, and social media posts with helpful tips and information about purchasing a “stress kit” that you can send to friends to help them avoid the stress of tests!
